EDITEL is growing!
And it’s growing in every way, one might say. In mid-January 2011 our new branch office, EDITEL Turkey, based in Istanbul, was opened. With this new office, we are not only strengthening our trading presence in this large market on the threshold to Asia, but also offer local service and top-level advice to our customers and all regional companies that wish to exchange data electronically.
EDI is a core technology
International studies (The Consumer Goods Forum, GS1) confirm that EDI is a core technology of the value supply chain – today as well as in 2020 – and underline the necessity of an extensive use of EDI as a prerequisite for an efficient flow of goods. As a consequence, the FMCG industry decided to launch an EDI offensive for the year 2011, which has already led to concrete implementation activities among numerous trading companies. Expansion of the portfolio
The product range has also been extended: submIT, a new integration platform of the EDITEL Group, is now available and provides highquality service for integration, eBilling and archiving. Read more about it on page 4.
